The BEST diet pill by a long shot is Leptitrex! In 2008 I have taken a new diet product every month to give me some extra motivation.
Alli, SlimQuick, Hydroxycut MAX, MiracleBurn, Fastin, and Leptitrex. I lost on average 4 pounds per month with all products accept Leptitrex, MiracleBurn, and Alli.

What is the best diet pill on the market? From what I understand thats what this thread is intended for is for consumers to share with others what diet pill really works for them.
First off we need to get off our FAT *SSES and lift weight weights, do cardio, and eat healthy fats, Healthy carbs, and healthy lean proteins with plenty of water. Don't even consider taking a prescription diet pill or non prescription diet pill until you commit to that.
I have followed the Body-For-Life diet religously for 6 months now. Total weight loss is 42 pounds. The first 3 months I lost 18 pounds WITHOUT supplements. These past 3 months I've lost 24 pounds with the help of diet pills. So their are definitely diet pills that work.
The best diet pill product I bought online at a huge discount is Lipovox. Its only $20-$30 on ebay and fitfuel.com and it ROCKS! Its one of only 3 non prescription diet pills I've tried that works. The other two are the now banned Hydroxycut w/ Ephedra and Fenphedra. Fenphedra diet pill really works TOO GOOOD so I no longer take it. By too good I mean I feel overwhelmed with energy and it makes me jittery. I feel like its unhealthy weight loss. Lipovox is the only diet pill that I have ever felt HEALTHY when I take it.
Lipovox is my favorite diet pill. Body For Life is my favorite diet program (more of a lifestyle change than an diet).

I haven't tried any of the pills on this list but just bought a bottle of Anoretix because it intrigued me the most.
But I have tried numerous diet pills in the past and my vote for BEST DIET PILL is a product called FENTERDREN.
I researched fenterdren a lot before trying it and ended up buying it because its the #1 rated diet pill by CONSUMERS! Not so called "experts", "gurus", or fake "doctors" but real actual consumers.
If anyones wants to try a safe and effective diet pill that produces real world results than try fenterdren. I'll update my results I have next month when I finish my bottle of Anoretix. I still have 6 fenteredren capsules left and have lost 13 pounds in the past 42 days with it.

Alli is a really great product. If you do not use it correctly you will have excess gas and or oily spottings. You must limit your fat intake at each meal. I have gone from 245 lbs. to 218 in only 3 month by taking alli and walking just a little each day. Once you get the hang of taking this pill it is a breeze. And well worth it. Just be careful of how and what you eat.

I find stacker 3 xplc the best diet pill product in my opinion. I love stacker 3 xplc! So i found this site originally in October. I have sine tried your top 4 products on your list.
Here are my results:
Leptorexin- paid $55 w/ shipping on dietpill.net. I lost 7 pounds. 3 caps twice a day is a bit much. Plus the pills are huge. Overhealth benefits were very good. The burps this product gave me tasted like spicy salsa. I really did gain muslce and strenght with this product too. I give leptorexin a "B" for overall value.
Lipovox- paid $31 with s&H from netraceutical.com. I lost 4 pounds. My acne DID DISAPPEAR about 80%-90%. I like this diet pill more for its overall health benefits. I give it an A+ for overall health. And a C+ for weight loss.
Fenphedra- got it for $60 w/ shipping from EBAY. I lost 9 pounds. No Jitters. Did get a very pleasant Natural "High". I give it an A- for weight loss, B- for value, and an A+ for mood enhancement.
Anoretix- I bought the caffeinated version from dietpill.net for $45 w/ S&H. I lost 11 pounds. This product you rated #4 is MY FAVORITE. No side effects. A great overall value. I just reordered it again for $39/bottle w/ shipping from dietpill.net because I bought in 6 bottles and got discounts.
These diet pills you recommended are all very good and do work. I have tried numerious diet pills in the past like xenadrine rfa-x, hydroxycut 7 day cleanse, alli, lipo6 hers and none of them were as effective as the pills on your list.
But ANORETIX stands above them all. Maybe others are different but this pill worked the best for me and I took it last. Which usually results fade the longer you take diet pills. So that says a lot about this diet pill strength.

Alli and Be Hot
I have taken Alli and lost 5 lbs in about 3 weeks but it didnt matter how little fat I ate I still consantly felt like I was gonna crap myself 24/7. I have been taken a variety of pills in a little packet called Be Hot that I picked up at GNC and I have not lost a pound. I have been taking them for about a week but i havent done alot exercise wise so I am gonna try to step it up abit. I will say I have no side affects from the Be Hot. My best weight loss came with alot of cardio work outs. i lost 25lbs in one month walking 2 miles or more a day. I wasnt taking diet pills then either. I have 3 kids and gained 89lbs with my son and this is the hardest weight to lose. You can do it without pills just eat alot of vegi's and fruit cut the fat and some calories and try to raise your heart rate 3 times a day for 10 to 15 mins at a time. Do yoga, cardio, dance to some music.

The BEST DIET PILL that REALLY Works is SlendeSlim.

guys & gals - the best over the counter diet pill I have ever tried is NUPHEDRA. But it was too good to be true and was taken off the market. The nuphedra.com website no longer sells it but you can still get your hands on bottles of nuphedra being sold on ebay. nuphedra.com says the will release diet pills that are legal soon but I guarantee you it won't be as good as the old nuphedra thats banned.
nuphedra is the most effective diet pills i've ever tried. its definitely the best diet pill that really works and it WAS once available over the counter.
